Future Rivers Film Series: Into Dust

Future Rivers Presents: Into Dust

In collaboration with EarthLab & the Jackson School’s South Asia Center, Future Rivers is pleased to present our Fall 2021 Series virtual screening of the documentary Into Dust. This film is about the Pakistani water crisis and one woman’s fight for justice for the city’s most vulnerable residents.

The virtual screening link will be sent to registrants on November 1 to watch anytime through November 3. On November 3 from 4-5 p.m. PT, we will be hosting Dr. S Charusheela, Dr. Faisal Hossain, and Dr. Sunila S. Kale. This virtual panel is open to the public and will be moderated by the South Asia Center Director, Dr. Radhika Govindrajan. The discussion will focus on water, power, and privilege; local and global water rights and issues surrounding them; and what can be done to advance equity and justice in this realm. We will also open up Q&A to the virtual audience.
